Full-Service Design*
Who: This service is ideal for homeowners who are looking for full-service design expertise to manage the entire transformation of a room, seasonal home or ADU…down to the very last detail.
What we do: Beginning with a stand alone design consultation, we manage everything from design concept and sourcing, to project management, installation. and styling This service is provided for a minimum of one full room redesign and up to three rooms.
Cost: Design fees begin at $5,500 (as determined by scope of work).

Fixtures & Finishes Selection
Who: For homeowners, builders and architects who seek expert guidance selecting any or all of the following: tile and tile layout, lighting fixtures, flooring, countertops, cabinet style and color, door and cabinet hardware, wall coverings and/or paint colors.
What we do: Whether you are building or renovating an entire home of simply want to update a bathroom or lighting and hardware, O M Design Consultants will take the lead in sourcing high quality products that work within the overall design aesthetic.

Design Consultation
Who: For clients who want expert design ideas for creating an organic modern style, but want to source all of the products and manage the installation themselves.
What we do: During this 90-minute design consultation, we will walk through your home beginning at the front entrance. Depending on the goals of each project, we may share ideas for the following: creating better flow and function, furniture placement and size, construction or remodeling, fixtures and finishes, wall treatments and paint colors, and adding natural light Specific product suggestions will not be provided, At the end of this consultation, we will leave our hand-written notes with you that you can use to implement the ideas and select products from your preferred retail vendors..
