From concept to installation, we oversee space planning, sourcing, finishes, furnishings, and coordination for a cohesive, elevated home.

• Finish, fixture, and material selections

• Furniture, lighting, and décor sourcing

• Vendor and contractor coordination

• Ordering, tracking, and installation oversight

• Final styling and project completion support

Design Fee: Minimum $5,500 (Determined by scope).

Fixtures & Finishes Selection: Focused support for renovation and build projects where fixtures and finishes shape the outcome.

We guide you through selecting materials, surfaces, lighting, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and hardware, helping you make confident, cohesive and timely decisions during the most critical phases of your project.
