Full payment for the design consultation must be received by O M Design Consultants prior to scheduling. Each consultation is up to, but not more than 2 hours in length. If the consultation wraps up before the two hours are over, no refund is provided for any unused time. Cancelations must be done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation for a partial refund of $300. A $50 administrative fee will be applied. If a consultation is cancelled by the client within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided. Scheduled consultations may be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the consultation one time. Rescheduling more than once prior to or within the 48 hour period will result in a $50 administrative fee each time. *
