The next step after completing this form is to schedule an in-home consultation. This is when I visit your home and we walk through your space and discuss your project objectives, budget and style and color preferences . This in-home consultation is an important step to allow me to develop a scope of work and design budget. This is also a time when I will review my process and discuss next steps. Most in-home consultations are between 1-2 hours. My hourly rate is $195. Payment for the design consultation must be received by O M Design Consultants prior to scheduling. Checks can be mailed to: O M Design Consultants, 29 Bradley Hill Road, Hingham, MA 02043. Each consultation is up to, but not more than 2 hours in length. If the consultation wraps up before the two hours are over, no refund is provided for any unused time. Cancelations must be done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation for a partial refund. A $50 administrative fee will be applied. If a consultation is cancelled by the client within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided. Scheduled consultations may be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the consultation one time. Rescheduling more than once prior to or within the 48 hour period will result in a $50 administrative fee each time. *
