Full payment for the design consultation must be received by O M Design Consultants prior to scheduling. Each consultation is up to, but not more than 90 minutes. If the consultation wraps up before the 90 minutes are over, no refund is provided for any unused time. Cancelations must be done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation for a partial refund of $450. A $50 administrative fee will be applied. If a consultation is cancelled by the client within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided. Scheduled consultations may be rescheduled more than 48 hours prior to the consultation no more than twice. A $50 administrative fee will be charged each time. *
